Lately shocking cases of suicides “overwhelmed” the press. Along with that, Facebook has once again proven as the top rated media to countdown the death time.
As per my brief introduction in my profile, I have been to heaven and hell. I used to step my path into the route of suicide when I lost my first love.
I was so helpless, refuse to talk to anyone else. Back then there was no Facebook, the most we have was Friendster which kind of replaced nowadays.
During the time of committing suicide, I never do anything obvious telling to the world that I will kill myself; in fact, I just pretend all normal in front of the world and waiting for the right time to do it.
Anyway, I am fortunate enough to be able to get help online. Surfing internet was my only hobby to kill time and Samaritans gave me positive advices to help me went through those hard times.
Why Samaritans? It remains as a mystery to me. If not mistaken, I had entered “suicide” or etc. in the google and Samaritans was one of the search results on the first page then.
This post never meant to encourage suicide or self-killing. What I want to say is that, there’s a destiny to everyone. When time comes, everything will go smooth.
Read an interesting topic last week. Apparently there are places where you can attend your own funeral, read your own obituary and rest inside your own coffin for a very short while. However, the impact is tremendous and change views of all participants.
I thought of trying it myself. Those voices in my head will not appear unless desperate times. I would like to hear them talking again…
